Cookie policy
This website uses its own cookies and, on the contact page, a Google map. This page identifies each one and explains what it is for. None of them requires your consent.
What cookies are
Cookies are small files the browser stores on your device. The ones this website uses are technical: they are needed for the site to work, so they require no consent.
Technical cookies from the site (no consent needed)
They are needed for the site to work and are only placed on your first visit:
- pll_language — Polylang. Remembers the language you chose so you do not have to pick it every time. Origin: first party. Duration: 1 year.
- wordpress_test_cookie — WordPress. Checks that your browser accepts cookies. Origin: first party. Duration: session.
- wordpress_logged_in_* — WordPress. Keeps the session of people who have logged in. Origin: first party. Duration: session.
- wp-settings-* — WordPress. Admin panel preferences. Origin: first party. Duration: 1 year.
- wfwaf-authid — Wordfence. Identifies the visitor at the firewall to protect the site from automated attacks. Origin: first party. Duration: 30 days.
- wfvt_* — Wordfence. Firewall verification. Origin: first party. Duration: 1 year.
Browser local storage (not cookies). To show the install prompt for the guide only from the second visit onwards, your browser stores on your device (localStorage) a visit counter and, if you close the prompt, that choice so that it is not shown again. In addition, the service worker keeps a copy of some pages, styles and images so that the guide works offline. None of this leaves your device or identifies you, and you can delete it from your browser settings (site data).
Third-party cookies in embedded content
The contact page embeds a Google map. When it loads, Google may place its own cookies on that page, which are governed by Google’s own privacy policy and not by this one.
How to delete the cookies
You can delete this website’s cookies from the privacy settings of your browser. If you prefer, write to us at contacto@maruxaina.com.
This page is part of an unofficial guide. Official information about the festival is published by the Concello de Cervo (Cervo Town Council).
